The women’s Bergtagen Longjohns are a blended merino wool base-layer. Fjllrven constructed these Longjohns with a specialized knitting technique and four different types of fabrics, to provide you with optimal insulation, ventilation, and comfort. Merino wool has natural anti-odour properties, wicks away moisture, and warms even when damp. The blend of synthetic fabrics improves the Longjohns stretch and overall durability. These insulation Longjohns are meant to layer under your shell pant during strenuous outdoor pursuits, but work equally well for casual ski trips to destinations like the Canadian Rockies or French Alps.

Mesh Wool | Wasitband | Flatlock Seams

Fjllrven have utilized a mixture of body mapping design and terry knitting to improve the overall manoeuvrability and next-to-skin feel of this base layer. The Bergtagen Longjohns also have a wool mesh along the sides and over the thighs to improve your mobility and help ventilation. The seams are flatlocked to reduce internal chafing, and there is an elastic waistband with a comfortable loop structure inside.
